Credit Supervisor in Livermore, CASummaryThis role will work to Improve Accounts Receivable management of the increasing customer base and volume.
This is a key role to increase customer interface and expand business intelligence reporting capabilities.
ResponsibilitiesStaff supervisionManagement of major accounts, sales order/credit hold review and release of orders on credit holdPerform credit assessment and review, assist manager in developing key AR status reporting, as well as policies and procedure documentation.
Assist in yearend audit activities, other ad hoc reporting and cross functional team project participation.
QualificationsBA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting.
10 years relevant Accounts Receivable with Credit and collections responsibilities experience, preferably in a manufacturing and reseller channel environment.
2-3 years supervisory experience.
Understanding of Accounting principles, as related to Accounts Receivable.
Proficient in risk analysis and credit evaluation.
SAP or other large ERP system, Office Suite, intermediate proficiency in Excel (v/lookup pivot tables and macros).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attentive to detail and deadlines.
Flexible and willing to go the extra step carrying out duties.
