Global Solution Marketing Manager

MATRIXX Software is seeking an individual to develop and execute key elements of its strategic marketing activities on a global basis. Reporting into the Director of Strategic Marketing, this individual will be responsible for developing a series of thought leadership marketing activities and campaigns geared towards influencing senior commercial and technical decision makers, up to and including the c-suite, in a variety of end user customer AND partner organisations. The candidate being sought will be comfortable working in close collaboration with internal sales and partner organisations and will be expected to advocate for both of those groups within the marketing organisation. Specifically, the individual will be expected to develop and author key content assets and narratives that help the company set the digital agenda and mindset in and around its primary focal area of digital commerce.  Furthermore, the individual should be comfortable representing the company in customer and partner meetings, with industry press or analysts and at external events. Particular focus will be given to individuals with an excellent understanding of the business and IT drivers behind digital commerce, particularly with the telecoms sector and have both the ability to create narratives from scratch and to see them through to execution in customer and partner environments.  With a growing focus on monetizing opportunities within the IOT space both inside and outside of the telecoms sector, knowledge and experience of this space will be a distinct advantage. In summary; Someone who acts as a messaging advocate for customers and partners alike and thinks more 'outside-in' than 'inside-out'. QUALIFICATIONS: 7-10 years of experience in the BSS / OCS / Digital commerce space, preferably within a vendor, partner or consulting organization delivering solutions into that space. Thorough understanding of the key BSS technologies and architectures deployed in both legacy IT and IN environments as well as moderndigital stack deployments. Excellent understanding of the prevailing market conditions and drivers in the digital commerce space and how to effectively position and differentiate the company and its solutions cognizant of  thosedrivers. The ability to articulate a clear, compelling and differentiated monetization narrative that recognizes the current conditions and drives mentioned previously but also the impact and opportunity created by disruptive developments such as 5g, IOT, NFV, AI, VR and Machine Learning. The ability to create thought leadership narratives and content from scratch with minimal supervision with a predominant focus on 'outside-in' market activities and developments at the head of the customer buyer journey. Knowledge and experience of IOT use cases and deployments, including go-to-market business models and eco-systems and the creation of impactful messaging and positioning within that environment. The ability to create content for a senior audience, up to and including the c-suite in medium to large organizations globally, including both customers and partners. The ability to drive effective closed-loop programmatic campaign activities with business partners, from understanding their part in the overall value chain to driving influence, education and enablement activities with them. Intimate knowledge of the strategic, structural and operational workings of the Telecoms sector and how to position MATRIXX Software's viewpoints, position and solutions into those organizations. A thorough understanding of modern demand generation techniques, practices and tools and the development of end-to-end nurture campaigns from awareness to conversion. An individual who can support, guide and drive the MATRIXX Software sales team on digital commerce strategies, competitive positioning and insertion opportunities. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
