Position Overview:
The Prep Cook position at SRC is responsible for the preparation and cooking of all foods in accordance with specified recipes and procedures (includes activities such as washing, trimming, cutting, portioning, measuring, mixing and panning in accordance with standard food prep practices). This position entails oversight of kitchen staff and assures that foods served to residents and guests are of high quality, meeting the standards of portion, food safety, freshness and presentation.

Job Requirements:
Prepare and assist in serving staff meals at lunch and dinner
Assist and work with cooks to produce menu items
Label and date all food items
Maintain a clean sanitary work area at all times
Keep prepared food items at par levels as designated by the Executive Chef/Kitchen Supervisor
Clean any equipment and/or machinery used in food preparation
Must have a positive attitude and be a great team player

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
