As a Permanent Superintendent, you will be at the helm of our high-end construction projects, playing a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life.
Your responsibilities will include:
1.
Overseeing all stages of project life cycles, ensuring that projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
2.
Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
3.
Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
4.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
5.
Preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
6.
Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality.
7.
Resolving any work problems or emergencies that may arise, ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in high-end residential construction, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing projects.
Specific qualifications include:
1.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a superintendent role in the construction industry, specifically with high-end residential projects.
2.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
3.
Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
4.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
5.
Proficiency in interpreting and executing architectural plans and blueprints.
6.
A keen eye for detail, with the ability to ensure that all work is completed to the highest possible standard.
7.
The ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
8.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various local project sites.
