Our practice has a significant Korean-American population.
We are seeking for a full time or part time optometrist that is fluent in Korean.
Our office has state of the art diagnostic equipment, including Cirrus 6000 OCT, Optos, Zeiss 860 visual field, IOL master 700, Atlas 9000 Topographer.
Duties and Responsibilities Independent patient examinations within the scope of licensure.
Timely interpretation of diagnostic tests ordered with appropriate notification.
Postoperative management Manage ocular disease as appropriate.
Emergency patient examinations.
Prescribe eyeglasses Documents all patient encounters in the electronic medical record Provide reports to referring doctors as necessary Work in a professional office with modern equipment and full support staff.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed as an Optometrist with State Board.
Must be able to speak Korean Prior experience working as an Optometrist in a full scope primary care optometric office, ideally at least 2 years.
